Engagement objectives
StratComm Consulting has been engaged by IPE Global Limited to develop a Good Practices Compendium that documents innovations in programme implementation across selected states. The engagement forms part of a broader nutrition and governance programme implemented with government stakeholders, including the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD).
The objective is to curate, structure, and visually present state-level good practices in a consolidated knowledge product. The compendium captures implementation processes, insights, and outcomes, and supports cross-learning and replication.
Process
StratComm is leading the end-to-end knowledge product development. This includes reviewing state submissions, developing shortlisting criteria, identifying case studies, drafting structured narratives, and designing the compendium. The work is being undertaken in close consultation with IPE Global and key stakeholders.
Key Outcomes
A Good Practices Compendium featuring curated case studies, learning notes, and visual narratives. The document will highlight implementation innovation and serve as a practical reference for policymakers, programme managers, and practitioners.
